1. Ownership and Rights:
Upon finalizing the commission and completing the payment, you, as the buyer, gain ownership of the finished artwork. However, I, as the artist, retain all copyright and reproduction rights for the said design.
2. Invoice and Advance Payment:
Once commission details and pricing have been agreed upon, I will issue invoices at different stages. The first invoice will request a 20% advance payment to secure your booking. Subsequently, another invoice will be sent, either for the full payment or a 40% partial payment after finalizing the digital mockup. Work will commence only upon receipt of the required payment. This step is crucial to ensure the smooth progression of the project.
3. Edits and Additional Fees:
The agreed-upon price covers two significant edits. Any additional major edits requested later will incur an extra flat fee of INR 1000 per edit. Please note that starting the entire painting afresh is not feasible.
4. Communication and Conduct:
Establishing a positive relationship is of utmost importance. Timely responses (within a week) are appreciated. Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated by either party.
5. Shipping Details and Costs:
Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. An estimated shipping cost will be discussed beforehand, considering the artwork's size and desired delivery speed. I ship globally using various carriers, and the shipment cost varies based on the destination country.
